FAQ’s

What is JustUsBox?

It’s a Date Night Subscription Box offering subscribers a monthly themed date night delivered to customers throughout the UK.

What’s in the Box?

It varies each month but as a subscriber your box will include at least 4-5 specially curated items, activities and love, laugh and lust challenges around a specific theme. Trial boxes will include 2-3 items an activity and 1 love, laugh and lust challenge.

What does the box price include?

Everything in your box plus VAT

When will I receive my subscription box?

We take orders until the middle of the month and then deliver before the end of the month so for example if the deadline order date is the 15th May then as long as you subscribe before then you’ll receive your box before the 31st May. Orders made after the deadline date will be sent the following month so if you subscribe on the 16th May you will receive your first box before the end June.

Existing subscribers will automatically receive their next box before the end of each subscription month.

Individual box and trial box orders will receive their box at the same time as full boxes unless requested earlier.

Can I give a subscription to a friend?

Of course you can and we know they will love it! You will just need to ensure the shipping address is theirs and not your own, any recurring payments will be taken from your account unless cancelled after the amount of time you want to gift it to them.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, all our subscriptions automatically renew on the first of every month, so you don't have to go through the trouble of manually paying after your initial subscription has finished. Of course you can cancel at any time (although we will miss you). Just let us know before the 15th of the month and we’ll send you an email to confirm. Once you’ve received all the boxes in your pre-paid subscription we won’t send you any more boxes unless you renew.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

All you need to do is go to your account via the link on the welcome email, or via the 'Login' section within www.justusbox.com, then click on the ‘edit’ button in the ‘Your subscription(s). There is a ‘Cancel Subscription’ button on the next screen. We will cancel your subscription from the next month. For example, if you cancel on the 16th of the month (i.e after the payment has been taken on the 15th) then you will receive that month's box, but no subsequent boxes. Note that we are unable to cancel fixed term subscriptions mid-term. My box hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Oh no, we’re sorry, how annoying. If a box is returned to us by our delivery service then we'll let you know by email straight away. Sometimes boxes can take a little longer to reach their destination, so we’d suggest giving the Royal mail a day or two.

Please be aware that Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the UK postal system for a period of 14 days. Although it is highly unlikely UK deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to dispatch a replacement or issue a credit or refund until this period of time has elapsed.
